Making a Travel Shrine to Mut

On the last day of the old year I decided to open my Etsy shop called The Polytheist Market. It's something that I've been wanting to do for a long time, but didn't think it would ever be possible. One of the huge obstacle was Section Eight. You can't have a business running out of your house. Well, now that I'm no longer on Section Eight, and haven't been for over three years, then I decided to open my shop. Out of the dozens of items that I've made the one thing that I'm most impressed with is my travel shrine to the goddess Mut. I ordered a set of twelve boxes and decided to paint the first one, just for the image to put on my shop, and I decided that this travel shrine to Mut would be mine. No fancy woodworking, just painted blue with a image of Mut in the center. I have a changing color ...

I'm Back!

Today marks a return to my blog and my journey. I've been out, doing my own thing, for a couple of months; but now I'm back. I think the most important thing that I've learned from my months of wondering in the darkness that's the internet, is that things do seem to settle down and get calm. A week ago I set my Kemetic altar back up and started back honoring the Gods. I look forward to continuing to write on this blog and talk about my spirituality and religion.
